This 9-week coaching program on "Identity and Building Self-Esteem" is designed to guide individuals through a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
Participants will explore core identity, address self-esteem factors, and work on building a positive self-image through personalized sessions, practical exercises, and ongoing support.
During this week's session, we will dedicate time to understanding ourselves better, clarifying our expectations from the coaching experience, identifying areas of challenge, and establishing rules and guidelines for our sessions. The focus of this week's session is to facilitate your comfort and familiarity with the coaching process
Over the next three weeks, we will engage in an exploration of our values, strengths, weaknesses, and passions. Utilizing practical exercises, worksheets, journal prompts, and other resources, I will provide guidance in the process of discovering these crucial elements for self-awareness.
Over the next two weeks, I will be guiding introspection to identify and address self-limiting beliefs, assist in goal-setting, and develop strategies for goal adherence. The program will involve various practices to enhance the effectiveness of the process
The next two weeks would be intensive sessions introducing techniques like positive affirmations, visualization, and boundary setting to challenge and reframe negative thoughts, foster a more positive self-image, and gradually build confidence in various areas of life
The last week would assist the client with mindful practices to enhance self awareness, celebrate achievements, reflect on the journey, and collaboratively plan for maintaining and further enhancing self-esteem in the future.
